Since it's inception in 1986, New Concept Mining has been a dedicated ground support solutions provider, with a focus on creating innovative ground support solutions for some of the world's most challenging mine conditions.
New Concept Mining was acquired by Epiroc in 2019, and became New Concept Mining Powered by Epiroc (NCM). Combining the specialised ground support solutions of NCM and the global reach of Epiroc, improves our ability to support customers around the globe.
Our strategy is to collaborate with our customers to develop ground support solutions that improve safety and mining efficiencies, while specialising in difficult ground conditions. In order to achieve this, NCM has considerable in-house Rock Engineering, Mining and Engineering competencies within our service, design and production teams.
With a design philosophy which allows us to create customised solutions to suit specific mine requirements, it is our goal to create a ground support solution for customers which allows them to spend more time mining.
